- None of my art is allowed to be used for NFTs or any other blockchain-related technology, regardless of circumstance.

- You may NEVER use my art/designs to teach and/or assist artificial intelligence programs and/or algorithms, nor to generate ai images in any way, shape, or form, regardless of circumstance.

- These are for personal use only. If you wish to make any form of profit off of my work, please contact me regarding commercial use commissions.

- Reselling for more than what was initially paid is not allowed unless art is added.

- Trading, gifting, etc. is allowed.

- I must be credited as the designer of the character, or the original designer if the design has been modified beyond my concept(s). Credit is only due where applicable (on their TH profile, if someone asks who the original designer is, etc.).

- You may edit my designs as much as you wish to, so long as I am still credited as the original designer of the character.

- You may not edit my art unless given explicit permission beforehand.

- By receiving the adoptable you agree to these terms
