Design TOS
- Designs obtained from me may not be widely copied and or redistributed. Nor are they allowed to be used for any negative representations or any form of non-fungible tokens.
- Design changes may be made as long as the original artwork is intact.
- I retain all rights to the design and only the design itself. Character belongs to Owner.
- All my designs are strictly for personal/non-commercial use only.
- If seeking commercial use, please DM me. An additional commercial fee is needed.
- Do not resell at higher price than the design was obtained at. Unless additional art is commissioned.
- If adopt is obtained through non-monetary means, its starting USD worth will be $0.
- If adopt is obtained as a gift, it is not tradeable unless additional art is added.
- If additional art is obtained through non-monetary means, it will not add up to the total worth.
- Turning adopts into other species/closed species is allowed. But let me know beforehand.
- Please make sure you have the funds when offering.
- If offering money, please complete payment in 72 hrs.
- If unable, you will be blacklisted and the design will be relisted for offer.
- If seeking holds, please let me know when offering. Do not ask for holds after the bid is closed.
