City “Relectis”

A very rundown metropolis that's been the victim of a nuclear war, buildings and areas of the city are relatively restored back to normal but the materials are so obviously scarce and almost barbaric. Although the city is fully functional you can find and see: rusted steel, multiple emergency shelters and shitty-lit lights that can barely light up a room!

Due to the widespread radiation from the fallout, humans who survived the war in the first place 9 times out of 10 gained mutations similar to bug-like traits, such as growing an antenna, extra arms or insect mandibles... But as society grew back to normal, having insect qualities became something to fear- as if they constantly reminded them of the past by simply existing. So regular humans would collectively shun these unfortunate souls; this makes it really hard for them to pursue a job, find a home to live in and live in a safe environment!

Hank would experience exclusivity because of his abnormal figure, but he wouldn't just roll over and let people stomp on him. He would make himself a use for people, and even if he had to do the most heinous of work, he would do whatever it takes to find a living of any kind.
