PERSONALITY: 

Alder is a confident man with the strength and ability to back it up. He is often stern and serious in nature which can rub some people the wrong way, but it’s his way of showing he cares. Alder can be very aggressive and confrontational, a result of trying to lead during incredibly trying times. Things are easier for everyone in the village now, so he’s learning not to be so intense.

HISTORY

Alder became a leader of Lumiose Village at a young age after the death of his father. He had been trained while only a kid to fight and protect people, and was valued as a leader in his early twenties for his physical strength and level head.
With the introduction of pokeballs and Pokémon companions in his rule, he took the risk to learn more and feels it was a worthwhile risk. Lumiose Village has never been stronger, more protected, or more advanced. The fact that people are able to pursue science, exploration, art, and other hobbies makes him confident the struggle and fight was worth it.
