Hector is bold, confident, flamboyant, and a little mischievous. He is very go-with-the flow and likes to believe things will work out in the end no matter the situation. His size may be intimidating, but he’s a real friendly individual. He looks after others and likes to help folks come out of their shells especially if they’re insecure or shy. He likes to build people up, treating people like flowers. Give them what they need to grow and they will become beautiful.
HISTORY
Hector was very closed off and insecure as a child. He was timid and didn’t like to be the center of attention fearing judgment and ridicule for what he perceived as flaws. He found comfort in painting flowers and soon turned his attention to Lurantis. Lithe and beautiful. Powerful and delicate.
Hector learned a lot about balance and fighting simply by watching and painting them. Their blades are extensions of their forms. Their swipes like strokes of a paintbrush. Hector grew more confident as he gained strength and balance. He trained with curved blades in fluid dance-like maneuvers and found he could even challenge Lurantis in duels. The Pokémon treated him like an ally, and by the time the Black Knight arrived to Armonia he was already friends with a whole swarm of Lurantis.
Hector teaches people about art, music, and dance. How they are all important aspects of wielding blades. But more importantly he teaches how confidence in your own abilities is far more powerful than any weapon.
