Design Terms of Use

I will not start a design or send an adopt over until you pay.
My blacklist is to be respected, if you are found violating my T.O.S and Blacklist (giving people on my BL art / commissioning FOR them, or selling them my designs) YOU will be added to the blacklist.
By buying and/or owning one of my designs or commissioning a design from me you automatically are agreeing to this T.O.S. And a breach of T.O.S results in a public and permanent blacklist.

DESIGNS T.O.S:
1: You are allowed to slightly alter my designs after you buy them, just please don’t make them unrecognizable from the OG at first, please, and make sure to credit me as the original designer, thank you!! I do ask that the design is at least 6-12 months old before a major redesign, please! I can’t enforce this, but please be respectful! And do NOT buy a design from me just to redesign it, this could lead to a public warning on my blacklist, and potentially a blacklist of its done multiple times WITHOUT my consent. If you state that you’d like to buy the design and redesign it, we will go from there!
2. Do NOT remove me as a designer / do NOT remove credit for me as the designer / do NOT repost the design without crediting me. (Whether you like me or not, this stands.)
3. Do NOT sell or buy my adopts for ANYONE on my blacklist. If you’re found doing so you’ll be perma publicly Blacklisted.
4. Do NOT trade / sell my designs to ANYONE on my blacklist. If you’re found doing so you’ll be perma publicly Blacklisted.
5. Do NOT sell my designs for more than you bought them for, unless you have added artwork // worth to them. Gift art is NOT allowed to count towards worth of a design by me.
6. My blacklist is to be respected, if you are found violating my T.O.S and Blacklist (giving people on my BL art / commissioning FOR them, or selling them my designs) YOU will be added to the blacklist.
7. custom request complexity CAN / WILL raise price! If the custom is simple or easy for me to draw, it won’t raise price, but if you want something on a more complex side it will.
8. My designs are NOT to be sold for higher profit than what you bought them for, without added art. I am okay with you counting YOUR own art onto their profit, and commissioned art. GIFT/FAN ART should NOT be counted!
9. All commissioners will get their art with a smaller watermark (just my username and the year) but publicly posted my art will have a larger watermark to avoid art theft and AI theft. You CAN request to get a watermarked version too!
10. If you sell the design make sure the person buying is not on my blacklist, and make sure they are aware of my T.O.S before buying, so they are aware of the rules, since I am still the designer.
