a manifestation of juno's magic summoned from her old mentor, sartoris', spellbook. although he is summoned entirely by juno, the remnants of her old mentor's summoning practices linger in the red panda form, and carries the characteristics of its ritual writer. lacuna is both a familiar sense of comfort, and a stark reminder of his absence.
