Howdy! This is my DESIGN TOS. Owning a design of mine means you agree with my DESIGN TOS! And I extremely appreciate it if you do!
GENERAL RULES:
✦ Do not claim my art as your own
✦ Alterations to the designs are allowed, alterations to my artwork is not!
✦ Creating family members for the design is allowed!
✦ You're allowed to redesign! Slight or heavy! Just don't change the body type and whitewash
✦ Please don't create NSFW art of a child-coded/young looking/feral design! (Gore excluded)
✦ Do not delete my designs, give it to someone or return them to me
✦ You are able to sell my designs with real money in any price you want
✦ You're not allowed to refund
✦ Do not use my designs for NFTs or/and feed to AI
✦ When ABing, I prefer purchase upfront
ARTIST'S RIGHTS:
✦ I reserve the right to post my work on public social media platforms.
✦ I reserve the right to ban anyone who breaks the Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to the harassment of any individuals, scamming, theft, etc.
✦ Please keep the original design I made with the new design!
