DESIGN TOS
- Do not sell a design for more than it was originally purchased for UNLESS it has received additional art. Upselling/scalping is hella prohibited, I will get your ass.
- Adopts given away for free (freebies, raffles, etc.) hold no real monetary value until additional art is made.
- Do not ever claim the design as your own, even after edits. Editing or changing designs is totally fine to any extent but do not remove my credit for the OG design/character under any circumstances.
- Do not remove the design off ToyHouse and/or delete my credits. I specifically post them to keep track of them.
- Should go without saying, but tracing or blatantly copying my designs/art is not permitted. Inspiration is ok.
- Please ask before using my designs commercially in anyway.
- I would highly prefer if you didn’t hide any of my designs from me, but if you feel the need please tell me before doing so.
By owning one of my designs you are automatically agreeing to these terms. Violation of any of the following will result in either a warning or a public blacklist depending on severity. These rules are simple and reasonable and I expect anyone receiving art/designs from me to follow them. Thanks
