Personality:

A reckless fool who's obsession with Dragons knows no restraint. He is incredibly eccentric and strange, leading many to believe he's too batshit crazy to be lying about anything he says. Despite his seemingly lack of people skills, he's incredibly smart, creative and determined, allowing him to construct various mechanical creations: Little Drones, The Silver Hornet, and his biggest pride and passion, The Mechanical Dragon.

Origin:

His Father was out in Brazil catching butterflies, while his mother spent ages on end trying to create Chess 2. Which left both his older Sister and many of the servant who worked for the Axtons to basically raise Percy instead. He found out about dragons after finding a book in his father's library, and being engrossed in these beasts. Many years and some injuries later, he recreated dragons in his own way. Now, if only he could find a real, living and breathing one...

Other:

-A tinkerer at heart. He builds a lot

-Tends to neglect his health in his quest for building. This has in turn made him more clumsy and accident prone.

-Works as a mercenary/mechanic for the Army.

Notes: In the City of Mist campaign he was featured in, he lost an arm when his dragon crashed. It was replaced with a new mechanical one, but you don't have to draw this version.
