#horus
Ancient spirit and guardian of Yoshi Desert.
Now enlisted as the track racer for the area as well, Horus cares little for the company itself, he just holds the position for his home...
Reserved and often not very expressive, Horus doesn't get out much, spending time kept up in his temple and watching over the desert. Horus is known to talk in tongues or in a more old-fashioned dialect.
- Being a spirit of the desert, Horus can not stray far from Yoshi Desert for too long due to the drain.
- If he stays far for too long, his form will disperse, being recalled back to the main temple.
- Technically immortal.
- He has a connection to the very land he inhabits, able to sense the very sand's grains, the environment, and any who may travel here...
- Having no need for mortal wealth and status, he only joined MKLive due to Scoots...
Once a living being, Horus was merely taken in and forced into work at a young age, towing stones and artifacts with groups of many to build structures, like many, he grew ill and worn, dying within the structures of the dunes once the job was done.
Without much explanation, Horus ended up tied to the desert as a spirit. Watching as time passed and marched forward, observing many highs and lows.
Watching civilizations flourish as well as wipe themselves out in the process. Horus has watched countless generations of time pass him by outside the dunes. All of which he remembers clearly, acting as a living artifact of passing history...
Originally, Horus was the reason there almost hadn't been a Yoshi Desert track to begin with, taking the outsiders as a threat to his home. He only finally gave in and let them build it once he met a few others..- Acting as the track racer for such now.
Watched over it during Scoot's 1st cycle and let it stay over at the temple, acting as a sort of parental figure to the little racer.
With the 2nd cycle he still held the same care towards the unit, aware of the ongoings.., but let SC do its own thing, having to remind himself of the different entities. The spirit reverting back to a colder demeanor once they 'died.'
Feels nothing but guilt for wrapping the rabbit up into an age old fued that had died off... he was a fool to believe SP and its tricks.
