A calm and collected heavenly angemo. Well, sorta calm. When he first started his job, he would help kids with their fate since they were the easiest, until the higher-ups told him he needs to work with other people of different ages. Now, he worries about messing up his job (even just a bit) and becoming a fallen, though he is quite fond of the fallens he does meet. When he is not working, he is usually seen around other angemos asking for advice, or he's with his partners, Caesar and Paracelsus.
