Fogpaw is a grey tom with darker tabby markings and wide green eyes He is small but well-built and has the stereotypical long legs that every WindClan cat has.

Fogpaw is a quiet, observant young tom who is keen to learn everything he can about being a warrior. He knows what he wants and has never had any misgivings about his place in WindClan despite the fact his mother died and his father- a half-Clan cat- has essentially moved on to another mate, causing him to be in a very strained family. He is generally selfless when it comes to his Clanmates and is very good at mediating when he needs to. He is not someone who likes conflict, though he is more than willing to fight to protect and defend his Clan. He is especially good at hunting and scouting out prey. His favourite time to hunt is during dark, cloudy days. He is extremely loyal to the warrior code and disapproves of cats who take mates from other Clans despite his own half-Clan heritage.

Fogpaw is the littermate of Frostedpaw and Skypaw and the son of Thundergrowl and his former (now-deceased) mate. He is the half-brother of Songkit and Rubblekit, who are also the kits of Thundergrowl. His life wasn't easy, as his mother died of an illness when he and his siblings were only three moons old. Within a moon later, their father had already moved on to take Grasswhisper as his mate. This made it hard for Fogpaw and his siblings to feel loved and values within their Clan, though they had plenty of Clanmates to help them through those times. However, Thundergrowl was not emotionally present in their lives. Fogpaw in particular began growing closer to his other Clanmates and soon realized he wanted to be one of the best warriors in WindClan. He especially grew close to Heatherwind, who was an apprentice at the time. He is always ready to help his littermates and other Clanmates when he needs their help and is especially determined to follow the warrior code to prove his worth to everyone. Despite being the son of a half-Clan warrior, Fogpaw has vowed to never break the code by taking on a mate from another Clan. He is still currently an apprentice under the mentorship of Spiderwhisker.
