Yoko is an esper, a member of the EPA assigned to be their main information center for her technokinetic abilities, which in some situations go far beyond Hatori's. She is also a famous gaming streamer on Mobtube. Of course she keeps her identity of being an esper who's part of an evil organization a secret, it wont work out well for her internet reputation now, would it.
she also has an army of robot endoskeleton amalgamations :D
