She has a bone carapace. The long ribbon lookin things from her head functions like a sensory organ. Antenna, sorta.
The tip of her sword can split into many shards on command then form back together.
She is also teeming with "god parasites". Basically, there are diseases and maladies that only mortals get which have no effect on gods, and vice versa. Lhniil is a mortal carrier of god parasites. They reside in the holes in her back.
The holes are like tiny pocket dimensions.
