I had an idea so he's a fuckboi bard but who can control tarots. 

The tarot cards that he wields are connected to demons/ghosts of sorts that he has made deals with as a way of using their power through the cards. 

He has long luscious hair that he prides himself in. Use to work as a bartender but would just flirt the whole time and not actually serve the drinks people paid for. 

He's also a bit of a thief and will sometimes work he way around the crowd stealing pouches and such. 

Quite well built, definitely has a lot of pride in the way he looks.
