Zalix somehow always get himself involved in others issues, even though he has plenty of his own, if asked for help he will do his best to figure out the best course of action. There is quite a bit of drawback to asking for his help due to him being unable to rush off to aid every problem. He does his best helping without getting himself physically involved. His type of heroism is to be the strategist for those that do not have that capability for themselves. When things are down to the line and he cannot think of any other action to take is when he finally puts himself into play. 

He lives in caves by a nearby (now) quiet town. The people that still continue to live in town feel threatened and afraid of the possibility of dragon attacks. The decrease in the towns population had started dropping drastically after seeing Zalix flying close to their town on many occasions. Now he does his best to avoid flying back home instead taking usual walking routes. He currently is attempting to increase the success of the small town blaming himself wholeheartedly for their losses.
