The Aglaea family is newer Royalty in Spire, raised from a long line of sucessful Merchants. Theran joined this family and took their name upon wedding Seraphim, the second oldest daughter. Having come from a merchant family himself, Theran brought wealth and new trade connections in the Icy Region when he joined the family. He and Seraphim, despite their marriage, do not spend a lot of time together and many speculate they have more of a buisiness marriage than one made from the heart, but there is love between the couple and deep understanding. Theran heads the Icy Region branch of the family buisiness, and spends a lot of time on the road.
