Three Chimes, Cheerful Parable was an Iterator from one of the latest generations in Gaze at Ceaseless Light's local group. She collapsed and died in 1542, only six years after her activation, due to the harsh erosion of the land her can was built on.

- She doesn't have pupils, but she may be drawn with them sometimes to exaggerate her expressions.
- She has only four fingers on each hand, and her feet are intentionally simple in design.
Very intelligent and kind of a prankster. The silliest of the local group by far, generally well-liked by their fellow local group members.
Second-to-last Iterator in her local group to be built. Her construction was heavily rushed by her project manager, leading to an oversight in safety preparations regarding the location she was built in. Six years after her activation, harsh erosion of the land around her caused her to collapse and die. Her residents survived thanks to Fourth Reflection of Snow's warning of the collapse.
