My Blacklist

I. Reselling Adopts
You may trade, gift, or resell the character you purchased. In the case of co-owning, I will not get involved with disputes about these characters, nor will I get involved with “return to previous owner” disputes.
It is preferred that my adopts do not get resold to people on my blacklist. If you are on my blacklist you are not welcome to purchase my adopts from me and I personally will not sell them to you.

II. Credit & Use
You are free to use my adopts for commercial use once purchased.
When putting a character on ToyHouse, please be sure to properly add me as the creator of the character [PeachyyJuice] and mark them as “ABLE TO BE RESOLD” “ABLE TO BE RETRADED” and “ABLE TO BE REGIFTED”

You may edit any aspect of the character’s design minorly or majorly. No matter how much the character is edited, please keep me as the original creator [and add yourself as a secondary designer on ToyHouse] and keep the original design around for the next possible owner whether you decide to forever home them or not.
