A Buizel Reuniclus hybrid that was made in a lab. He had escaped and now lives in a town making friends with whomever. He really wants to be a biologist studying all the sea Pokémon. He’s able to create water fish to help him out as well as the ability to create water with just his paws for protection. Also has the ability to hold his breath for hours.
His fur is orange with red orange on his face (three stripes and four whisker looking stripes. Two on each side. He also has two stripes on his cheek. On each side.), front paws, and tail (just a zigzag mark and dots). He also has cream colored fur on his snout, tum, eye brows, paw pad, back (two spots), and bottom of the tail. He has an orange cream color on his tum (a big oval in the middle with three little dots on the bottom, front paws, and some marks on his leg and tail. He has 3 things under his arm (two on left arm) one is an orange color and the other is yellow. His eyes are a light black like his nose and his eyes are a cream like color. His floaty is yellow and the orange color. Tongue is red. For the water it makes a little helmet around his head. It has ears clowning (left ear is somewhat cut off, the water goes around his stomach and his front paws this also creates 2-3 fingers. He also has fish that he creates follow him sometimes.
His items are just his green sweater with a white circle in the middle and a spiral.

A happy go lucky buizel that absolutely loves life. He’s curious about many things which gets him in danger sometimes. He absolutely loves random facts even if they are irrelevant and unimportant. He absolutely cares for whoever’s around him and hates to see others upset, especially upset with him. He’s rarely angry but if you tick him off he’ll attack but would apologize later feeling bad.

Smeargrowl is one of Cosmo’s close friends. Cosmos alway buys paintings and encourages Smeargrowl on his projects. Cosmos has given the pokemon so many ideas for new paintings and lunch breaks they hang out
Zappy is a great friend to Cosmos but sometimes he can be too much. Sometimes well Cosmos studies that pokemon will cause havoc but he knows Zappy just wants to play with Cosmos. When he isn’t working he has a blast playing with Zappy and loves how Zappy encourages him in his studies.
