Hi! I'm Raccoony and I like writing descriptions on most days! Today I feel like doing so, so I shall.
Here are some notes on this guy:

Others would describe Juan as... a character. With an attitude like hers, it's hard not to highlight the seemingly endless inconsistencies and contradictions she has a habit of making every other sentence; statements that aren't even infuriating, just odd.

Perhaps it was due to this behaviour that she kept getting kicked out of jobs. Cognitively dissonant till the end, however, she would rather steal off with her relatives' inheritance money to start her own business in which she was the manager than give in to those 'uptight knights' - which, surprise surprise, is exactly what Juan did.
She now spends her days running 'Juan's Pancake Parlor', a deceptively cheery diner for its strange owner. Oddly, she's finding it difficult to hire employees that last beyond the training phase.
