Personality
Baxter is incredibly kind-hearted, almost to a fault. He is very empathetic, though often doesn't know how to show it. He is a tad stunted in that way. Even so, he tries his best to be positive and upbeat, bringing others joy when he can.
Beneath his calm demeanor, though, is a very turmoiled man. He is wracked with regret and depression. He tries not to show it, keeping it bottled up and distracting himself with others.

Baxter tends to spend his time helping others rather than thinking about himself. He uses constant distractions to keep himself from spiraling into depressive thoughts.

Story
Baxter is currently a caretaker for HV-07 at Nova labs. Though he prefers to call him by the other's monicer, Havok. And while he came willingly to Nova labs, he considers himself very much a hostage, as is Havok.
Early Life
Baxter grew up in middle America on a quiet military base. His father was a stern man, often excessively so. His mother was kind and quiet, often bending to her husband's will. He spent a lot of time resenting his father and yearning for freedom from under his thumb. His real passion was music and he was quite talented at writing his own songs. He had even persuaded his mother to buy him a guitar, which he taught himself to play. Though he had to hide it from his father while he was home. Despite his opposition, his father enrolled him into CEGmil on his eighteenth birthday.
CEGmil Career
Instead of going to regular bootcamp, Baxter enrolled in the medic field. Which his father greatly resented. Despite his anti-military stance, he actually excelled in the medicine field and became a combat medic. He often used loopholes and stretched his luck to help others. He was known to be subordinate on several occassions. It all came to a head when Havok crashed his escape ship into his outpost. He knew that it was likely Nova would come looking for him and used his last bit of pull with his team to make an escape with the clone.

Havok seems to barely tolerate Baxter, but Bax is determined to soften this grumpy lump of rage.
Leo[ CEGmil Buddy ]
Baxter met Leo on tour and he became rather fond of the goofball. While Leo's temper leaves him a bit anxious, he can see past the rare bouts of temper to see his kind and compassionate nature.
Hector[ Leo's Husband ]
Baxter mostly hears about Hector through Leo, though he did initially meet the other when Leo brought Hector to his outpost while fleeing. Aside from then, he's occasionally spoken to Hector during his calls with Leo.
