A young lad whos parents died in the war, was taken in by nacho and hakkun(tho who knows if he can see hakkun at this moment probably not) has ptsd from watching his parents get killed. Hates the fish people even tho he himself is half fish he doesnt claim that side of his family(tho nacho is also half fish so uh yeah xD) Hears all about his uncle cosmo but wishes to meet him much to his father saying that he is no longer alive(maybe he can somehow find a way to see him?). He doesnt know his father is immortal and nor what his father does for 'work'
