A somewhat closed off cat, he doesn't like to be near any intense action. He only speaks when spoken to and normally wont make the first move. He prefers to stay behind quite literally in the shadows, and not really be apart of anything unless absolutely needed.

- Shadow Manipulation - Leopardshade can manipulate shadows to do his bidding. He is able to move them around on the ground, and with extra concentration, is able to form them into shadow like blobs. Sometimes he is able to shape these shadow blobs into different forms and control them. The shadow forms can be used to distract enemies or assist in hunting. These forms are often harmless, but sometimes Leopardshade is able to put his own strength into the form and do a little damage. However, controlling the shadows can easily drain his energy depending on how much power he uses. Oftentimes food can fix the problem, but sometimes he can pass out.
- Shadow Melding - Leopardpaw is able to effortlessly blend into any shadow he stands in. It is incredibly difficult to tell him apart from the shadow. To the untrained eye, the only thing able to differentiate him from the shadows are his eyes. Leopardpaw can blend into the shadow on command, and control how visible he is while in it. Sometimes he does this unconsciously and doesn’t even realize he has activated his power.
Leopardshade never really learned to open up to other cats. He had no siblings and no other kits were in the nursery with him as he stayed there. Roseclaw would play with him as much as she could, but she was never really interested in being a mother, causing her to be distant. He spent most of his time chasing leaves in the shadows of the nursery. Becoming an apprentice, he wanted to do good in whatever his leader chose for him to do. If that means being a warrior and getting in on battle action, then so be it. He’s become a determined young warrior that absolutely loves his mischevious apprentice.
