Born within the ranks of the aristocratic Nea'Moir family, Haas (rechristened as "Ame no Arashi" or merely "Agent Arashi" for his profession) has done all he can to carry on the familial legacy, becoming well versed in the Canid art of subterfuge, and undertaking all tasks required of him by the VERY secretive state.
