Payment

• I accept payment via Paypal only.
• When requesting a commission from me, I require at least 50% of the payment upfront before I start the artwork.
• Refunds are only available at the earliest stages of the drawing (thumbnailing and early sketching). Afterwards, refunds will only be partial depending on progress or none.
• I reserve the right to request extra monetary compensation for excessive changes/additions to the art or overly complicated/intricate pieces.

Process

• As a general rule, artworks should take me around 2 weeks to complete at maximum. For larger pieces where this may not be possible, I will communicate the estimated time.
• During the commission process I will confirm a thumbnail of the art with you, progressing it further ahead with your permission to the next stages. Changing core details, such as the pose, at later stages is not allowed.
• The previews that you recieve will be in lower resolution than the final product (which will be in .PNG format). Additionally, these early previews will be watermarked to prevent art theft. The final product will be at full resolution and free of watermarks.

Alterations

• I am happy to make alterations to the commission within reason. Please clarify any structural changes in the sketch. Additions such as detailing and accessories are possible in the latter stages of the drawing. Please note that after around 3 changes on a single piece I may have to charge more.
• If you'd like an alternate version alongside a drawing (e.g. outfit change), please communicate this with me at an early stage.

Usage

• I do not watermark my works and you are free to use them as you wish so long as you do not claim it as your own, or use it for any profits such as NFTs. I appreciate providing credit elsewhere when sharing the image (icons etc), though it is not required.
