Uzuru Roulette

Uzuru was born in Southern France with his twin brother, Tori. Being born first made him the eldest of the two, but that also made him the one his aunt would take to Japan with her- his parents had decided, before he and Tori were born, that they wouldn't be able to look after two children at the same time especially since it was their first time being parents and they were freaking out enough with just one on their minds. Because of this, Uzuru grew up in Japan with no clue about his sibling or his parents past the point of which he inquired to said aunt as a kid. To put it lightly, his childhood wasn't a pleasant one. His aunt was a spartan woman who ruled him with an iron fist and young Uzuru cracked under it very quickly, desperate for aproval where there would be none. Though not all of it was bad- when Uzuru was at the delicate age of five, the body encountered his grandparents for the first time and showed him what love and adoration was. A family more than he'd ever known. They informed him of his siblings and even asked him if he would prefer to come live with them... Alas it wasn't meant to be. When both grandparents returned to France, the elderly woman became gravely ill and shortly after passed away. His grandfather alone, so overcome with the loss of his beloved wife, could only care for both himself and the two children already under his care and so was not permitted to bring Uzuru to his side, and so in his wretched aunt's grasp he remained.

 When she wasn't busy cracking her metaphorical whip at him, she was an absentee guardian (something Uzuru would only later learn why).  At first, Uzuru did all he could to try and please his aunt- he got good grades, he would do all the chores without complaint, he'd dress and feed himself (even make food for his aunt) once he was able to, but try and try as he might the result was always the same. Dissapointment. Once Uzuru began to realise that the method of appeasement wasn't working, he grew gradually darker and darker, the hole in his chest yearning for affection with nothing to fill it. 

The void only grew with age. By the time he became a teenager, Uzuru was already a model delinquit. His hair was dyed, his ears were peirced, he'd gotten a tattoo on the sly (as he looked older than he was) and that was only the beginning. The boy rebelled against his aunt in any way that he could think of, joining hands with the bad crowd, getting low grades from not even trying, the food he'd make was only for himself, leaving rooms in a mess, he'd get into fights coming out bleeding, battered and bruised... but even as time went on, his aunt eventually stopped caring all together after constantly lecturing and 'training' him into the 5th demension. She gave up on him... and it was a huge blow to the loveless boy. Uzuru realised that he would never be loved by this woman and so things became worse. Though only a young teen at the time, he began to smoke aggressively, sleeping around with women at first and then people of any genders- at odds with himself, he slowly taught himself that no one could ever love someone like him.
