Attached note: "We don't know what it is, where it came from or how it got in but we suspect that it is the culprit of the disappearances of our personnels within the facility. Months after the recent disappearance of █████ █████ there had been reports of foul smells and substances oozing from the ventilation system in the left wing of Sector F, we dispatched a team of operatives to investigate the occurrence and through the surveillance equipment we found this creature traversing the vents. Our operatives managed to flush it out of the ventilation system into the lower sector containment chamber, it is currently residing in Containment Chamber 08-249, Sector H. Containment was suggested by Dr. ████████ who had proposed that a research was to be done in order to study this specimen."

Important note: Containment of subject "Nimrod" has been moved from Sie-04 to Site-11 due to security failure from a recent breach. It is strongly advised that containment chambers even temporary ones containing "Nimrod" to not have built in ventilation system or any small passageways that it can slip into.
