Chie

The student council president. Serious and completely obsessed with her grades. She can come off as a bit of a stickler for the rules, but some say she's quite easy to fluster. She plans on entering politics after she graduates.

Chie doesn't remember much of her parents. She's been living with her older brother as long as she can remember. She grew to be rather dependant on him, shunning her peers in favor of seeking solace in her books and in her brother. As a result, she's quite socially awkward around people her own age, but masks this behind her rigid, academic persona. She has a very old-fashioned way of thinking, and is often left behind when it comes to the latest trends. She insists that she has more important things to worry about, but being so out of touch worries her a bit.

She's always excelled at academics, rising to the top of her class year after year. Her GPA is the most important thing to her, and if anything threatens to ruin the perfect record she's cultivated, she won't hesistate to eliminate said threat. Most members of the student body are afraid of her-- with a few exceptions. The few who dare to call themself Chie's friend see right through her facade, and now just how to push her buttons.

She admits that she doesn't know how to relax, and is often stressed out.

Chie can be found in the student council room, her brother's classroom, or patrolling the halls.
