you are now in possession of my design, do what you'd like!! redesign, change species, change backstory, idfc!! just make sure the new design looks similar to the original. if you're planning on making a character a part of a CS though i would appreciate it if you let me know before doing so ^^;

if you got this character for free (for example: freebies, forum game designs, gifts) please do not sell them for any form of currency (usd, DA points, other virtual currency) without any added, paid for artwork or personal artwork. forum game art does not count. this is the only major rule i have, please dont make me add more shit into my TOS because you're trying to profit off of something you got completely for free. gifting and trading without added art are totally groovy though, go wild.

customs or characters that were paid for with irl currency (stuff like usd or what have you) can be resold for the price you bought them for without added art. do not raise their price unless you have commissioned or made your own art for the character.
