his placeholder name is angel but i dont really want to keep that so idk. street racer, though he got to a point where he got so good and had enough money that he wound up taking over and structuring a lot of the illegal racing circuits around carcani. doesn't race as often anymore and is happy to sit back and watch (and reap the profits that come his way), though theres definitely times he Does participate and its always a big deal.
