PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE The Product received by the customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the artist. This will require a separate agreement between customer and artist defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product. Resale of a design in non-commercial and non-mass quantity (Such as character design sales or trading) is allowed. The new owner of the design will have to abide by this TOS, it is the customer's responsibility to inform the new owner of this. The artist still holds rights to the character unless it is agreed upon by the artist and the customer via the customer buying the full rights to the design, even if the customer buys out these rights the design must be credited to the artist. This does mean that if this TOS is voided the artist will be allowed to reclaim the design. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
