• Do not sell a design you bought from me for more then it’s initial value unless art was added
• You may use my designs for things such a comics, merch, etc. I just ask that credit be given and you may not profit off the initial art of the design
• You can edit the designs you get as much as you like, you just may not remove my credit from tH or anything
• My designs may not be used to promote hateful or bigoted ideologies
• Please do not remove credit for a base if it was used
• If you ghost me and don’t finish paying for a design I reserve the right to resell it
• Any disputes between owners of my design over things such as co ownership or things like that are out of my hands, once I no longer own the design, I no longer own the design

I no longer keep a blacklist, outside of just, bigots and such. I just ask, that if you have me blocked and/or vice versa, you not  obtain my designs. But at the end of the day I can’t stop you, and it’s your decision
