Fourth and last born prince of a rainy kingdom.

He can "bloom" into a fancy high elf or be "withered" into more of a goblin man. His orange eye is bloodshot and blind when withered, so he'll wear an eyepatch over it. The cane is needed as he has a weak hip and knee on his left side. Blessed by the elder-god of creation, truth, and fear. Can cause pure terror through spoken word based magic powers.
