The mask I am forced to wear can't be more frightening than my regular appearance, can it?
On the surface Seldom looks like he doesn't show any emotion or seems unfriendly. He's saddened by his scary appearance and has been wearing masks to seem more approachable as his face seems intense. Though it's the strange wings he owns that drives most individuals away. He's not afraid to put Heavenly in their place when they mock other Fallen.
Owns a private library for select people to enjoy his collection of books. It doesn't get a lot of traffic but it's pretty cozy. There's books written by mortals and non-mortals from all timeframes. He has his own private office locked behind a door with a small private lounge and a very large chair near a hellfire fireplace (it's blue.) He's happy when people stop by but doesn't show it.

Seldom's collection of trinkets were built up to the point of requiring an entire space to display them. He decided to share his collection with select people by opening a library.
The place where these trinkets come from were not acquired legally though. Seldom stands out in the black market taking things that once was trash to another individual. Most if not all of these items taken once belonged to Humans.
