The story and adventure of the hero and her partial anti-hero qualities

I. From start to death to rebirth and triumph

This all started at the age of 9 when her parents and the poor farming town she was raised in, was utterly demolished by the strongest villain. Jiana was the only person who survived, only losing her right arm in the chaos due to the protection and sacrifice of her parents. This all changed when her eventual mentor stumbled upon the town while he was chasing down the "beast." Searching for any survivors, he rummaged through the debris and corpses until he found Jiana, barely alive and in tears. The sorcerer decided to keep his identity safe until he could trust the little girl, over time, he "healed" her arm and taught her both dark and light magic to maintain her arm and avenge her family and the place where she was born. As a result of learning both light and dark magic simultaneously, her body decided to split the magic between each half. The dark magic resided in the right half of the body, to maintain her "cursed" arm, and the light magic resided in her left side. Finally, at the age of 21, Jiana learns everything that the mentor could offer and has the urge to finally chase down the beast that nearly took everything from her. With the aid and permission of the mentor, Jiana was able to track down and pinpoint where the beast was residing and took off to end its reign.

II. From Stormhaven Tower to Grantlemare Caverns

The journey wasn't a kind one for Jiana, mainly due to her right arm being a clear indicator of prejudice and assumptions.

To reach the caverns, Jiana had to pass through Gravenwald, the capital of the land, so she could enter the only port that ever existed. As she was nearing the capital, the guards spotted her and decided to report to the king. Having been alerted by the guards, the king assumed that Jiana was the fearful beast that has been wreaking havoc and banished her from the capital. However, he allowed her a "redeeming" chance by asking her to take care of the beasts (Yokas) nearby that were troubling the farmers, fishers, and overall upsetting the economic system that was in effect.

After proving her worth and clearing her reputation from mere assumptions, she was granted a marvelous boat by the king. However, since he still didn't fully trust her, he had her travel alone to wherever she wanted to go. She didn't mind and began to prepare for the voyage to the caverns. After setting sail towards the caverns, she ran into a sudden storm. Sensing that something was off, she looked around to find out what caused such a phenomenon to occur so suddenly. This was when she discovered that a sea beast (Kuir) caused the storm and it was heading straight towards her, hoping to sink the ship and protecting its master. After battling the Kuir for what seemed like days, she makes it to the caverns and decides to end the Kuir's life so that none of this would ever occur again. That's when the powerful gatekeeper chose to intervene. Barely missing a deadly blow by the Loken, Jiana fends for her life as she has to deal with both the Kuir and Loken. All while dodging and counterattacking, Jiana came up with a way to make it, so the Loken took care of the Kuir for her. Taking her plan into effect, she tricked the Loken by taunting him and luring him closer to where the Kuir was, where she used her dark magic and forced the Loken to behead the Kuir, freeing the seas from the sea beast and evening out the odds. Remembering what she read about the Lokens, "due to the Loken being powerful, yet dumb brutes, they break into a mad panic when in a life-threatening situation," Jiana used this opportunity to blind the Loken, using her light magic, and shoved him into the water. Here the Loken starts panicking and ever so slowly sank deeper and deeper into the murky water, never to be seen again.

III. Vengeance in reach

Having finally reached the Grantlemare caverns, Jiana marked every wall with a rune to ensure that no one escapes, unless she broke it. This ensures that if she were to fall, the beast would never harm a soul ever again, an eternal prison. While exploring the new area, and trying to find out a way to sneak up on the beast, Jiana stumbles upon a dusty old tome, filled with new spells that she never saw before. Quickly learning the basics, with the aid of the Moiurkoer (Soaken Knowledge), she was now able to manipulate her surrounding to use it attack or defend herself, but never both at the same time. After wandering around, she stumbled upon the grand opening to where the beast was hiding and was possibly planning out her next act of destruction. Jiana pushed open the door, prepared to face the person who caused her such pain.

The door emitted a soft, but prominent creak that alerted the beast that someone has disturbed her.

With a mad cackle and whoosh of a spell, the beast caught Jiana and bound her to the nearest wall, preparing to end the life of the trespasser. Jiana, finally seeing the face of the beast, yelled out "YOU'RE MIUR MOIRSTARF!"

Seething with anger, Jiana broke from her capture and struck back in such fury that phased Miur from where she stood. The battle raged on for several hours. Spells were thrown back and forth, the ground soaked with the magic of all sorts, disrupted and in constant motion from the new abilities that Jiana knew. Everything seemed at a standstill. No one seemed to budge, and it appeared that the battle would never end. Until, Miur began to cast one of the strongest spells she knew, Aeriouam (Eradication). Jiana was trying her best to avoid her possible end dodged, but it wasn't as effective as she thought. Miur managed to take something from her yet again, her legs. Battered and bruised, Jiana had no hopes of winning after losing her legs and in turn, was brutally killed by Miur.
