My characters are not for free use! If you're a minor, do not touch my 18+ work, it could put both of us in trouble.

As for some folks, since at least one person cannot seem to grasp this-- If we have cut ties or you have me blocked, I do not want you using my art. End of. Period. I do not care if it has your ocs in it, it is no longer your art to use.

Speak No Evil content is advised as 16+ due to heavy themes, so please tread lightly and make sure to read my characters TWs before you engage with their profiles, as I'd hate to accidentally trigger someone!

Obviously I don't support or condone a lot of the heavier shit in here, just tread carefully!

My TOS is above any other owner's TOS! Do not replace my TOS with your own.

Intent to Resell -

Wait at least a two months before reselling any of my designs or characters.

If you don’t like them that much/cant attach, just give them back so i can resell them or reconsider. If you are buying with intent to resell, do not bother.

If you DO want to sell the character after 2 months have passed, Please refer to my blacklist below before selling. PLEASE do not delete designs off the site if they are on here. If you have lost attachment and can't get them to resell, return them to me.

Redesigns -

Try not to change the designs too much, buy my designs for the designs, not perceived value.

Outfits and accessories are fine ofc, simplifying/adjusting patterns is fine, adjusting the tone or shade of markings is alright, but they must still be recognizable. Do not buy my characters to redesign and resell them.

Reselling -

Again, please refer to my blacklist below before selling. When you resell my designs, please bear in mind to charge for their value in art and what you paid. I totally understand not being able to remember how much an art piece was, or missing pieces due to bad memories or it just being a long time ago/missing credits, so this isn't a hard and fast rule, but I don't want my characters to be purchased with the intent of reselling. Buy my characters because you enjoy the designs or want to help me out financially, not because you want to make money off them!

Art & Character Credits -

If there is art of the design and one of my characters, you may not remove my character credits from the pieces or you will be blacklisted, old designs or not. Make sure all art of the character is properly credited to the best of your ability.

If any users on this list have designs of mine in ownership as of 2020, they are allowed to keep them, but I do not want any further character designs of mine going to these users. Failure to follow the blacklist will result in your addition to it.

[X] Raccoove / overgrowth / Desya - Due to close, known relation with Vaantlers, and Putting me & my partner’s FULL LEGAL NAME on his blacklist, amongst other personal issues. Yes Desya, I can see that you're still interacting with my art, and that you clearly don't know the extent of the shit Jesse had said to Max about you behind your back as well. :)

[X] SheepishJelly - Due to personal issues, involving past misgendering & transphobic remarks towards me & other trans & nonbinary people in a private GC.

[X] Jell-O 101 / Yendy - Due to proven, mounting evidence of grooming.

[X] cosmic-paws / -Skyline- - Due to allegations of TOS breaking from several other users, TOS breaking,& Allegations of grooming, amongst other personal issues.
