Design Terms of Use
T.o.s still kinda a wip but here’s the basics
- don’t sell my design for more than bought for/worth (commissioned or personal count)
- if you buy a character for less than it’s worth, what you paid for is the NEW worth
- traded designs Can not be sold unless added art is added
- do not sell a design for the price someone previously paid if you didn’t pay that amount yourself (like if you got it through trade or you paid less)
- redesigns are okay just keep the original still on toyhouse + my credit
- do not edit my art, you can dm me asking me to edit something for you, most of the time I’ll do it I usually keep the file
- don’t private my designs, you can put them on authorize only and then authorize me (if you do private I’ll just re-upload the design to my examples)
- if you re-upload a design without letting me know the reason first the character will be revoked (mostly only apply to blacklist avoiding/ trying to re-upload to remove credit/take credit.)
- nobody owns color palettes
- owning my designs means you agree to this t.o.s
- I’m a pretty chill person so don’t try to start beef i like making friends not enemies, if you have any questions or problems please dm me so we can work it out calmly and professionally, if you’re rude I have every right to be rude back. It’s easy to be professional.
- DO NOT SELL/TRADE TO BLACKLISTED USERS!!! DESIGN WILL BE REVOKED AND RE-UPLOUDED + YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED
