Kenneth Lois is a newspaper worker during the 1940s America.(Kinda) He is also based lossly off of Lackadiasy. He is half Russian, and Half American. His universe is loosely based off real life. 

Personality

Kenneth is your average, kinda cocky, very outgoing, and very loud 1940s American. (Lol), Suprisingly a good listener and collect. He can read a room really good. Quite adventurous, and reckless when he wants to be. If you met him on the streets he would smile alot and greet you kindly. Oddly dumb sometimes though, but overall pretty smart. 

Design notes

Kenneth is a humaniod cat, based loosely off Lackadaisy. Sometimes in clothes, sometimes not, depends on how I wanna draw him/hj. Anyway, In real life he would be like a medium fluffy tuxedo cat. With fluffy ears, and some markings on his face. He has yellow-green eyes, and markings on his legs/feet(??). Also Kenneth has a white tummy. He wears usually suits, and clothes i can describe... I have pictures instead.
