Once feverishly devoted, even for an archangel, The Courier was cast out for failing to notice and flag structural damage to Heaven's Gates following use. Stripped of his halo and his main wings, he ended up falling to Idle Town. Bereft and purposeless cut from his hivemind and without a higher power to follow, he wandered listlessly through this new realm until he found a master to answer to - The US Postal service. He has thrown himself fully into this work, as he hates not having orders to follow and tasks to do. Sees themself as only an extent of the Post, as they used to see themselves as only an extent of their God. When not doing delivery assignments, Courier will simply roost until he is allowed to clock back in, refusing to engage with anyone or even open their eyes until then. He works at the post office free of charge, and lives in the attic or on the nearest telephone pole outside until let back in.

They refuse to tell anyone their original name, deeming themself unworthy of the one God gave them despite their complicated feelings for him, and now only answer to Courier, or some variant of such.

Nonverbal. Mostly mono-expression. Won't really react to things beyond smiling or nodding. Though their flight wings were mostly amputated, their gliding wings remain, and they can unfurl an extra, smaller set from its ankles, which they can use to achieve decent height and then coast long distances. Can make use of their fourth set of leg wings to also run on airwaves, exceedingly fast.
