Yrratsh is a intergalactic shapeshifter who happens to be my persona. Yes. I'm a real alien very legit.
It’s silly, crazy, very mischievous, and rather curious. Though, it does struggle with frequent personality changes.
The general lore is that it got hit my a cosmic beam and gained the ability to read memories and developed enhanced senses.
The kind of memories reading ability it gained sounds cool and all, but it also has negative side effects. Whenever Yrratsh reads someone’s memory, it’ll be saved inside of Yrratsh’s mind. A couple of good memories for example doesn’t cause much harm, but after it stockpiles it becomes worse and worse to control and handle. When asleep (the species doesnt sleep at all but Yrratsh sometimes does because of its enhanced senses), Yrratsh is always dreaming about the memories it has collected over the years. Yrratsh is able to take out memories out of its mind (and others’ minds as well), which usually goes via its collar. (Though, it takes others’ memories from their head)
Memories are colorful translucent spheres that are quite light. Yrratsh is able to take, copy, destroy, edit and manipulate memories from others. Yrratsh is able to implant false memories into someone’s mind. Thinking it has actually happened. This often leads to chaos.
Yrratsh's view of the human race is quite balanced actually. It absolutely despises humans, yet thinks they're a strangely beautiful species. It is often disappointed and disgusted by their actions and doings. Yrratsh prefers distance and avoids interactions with them.
The collar Yrratsh wears is the main source of its abilities.
Intergalactic shapeshifter species
The ancient intergalactic shapeshifter species Yrratsh is part of is scattered throughout the entire galaxy to destroy meteors. By the use of their very strong jaws and teeth they’re able to destroy almost everything. Their stomach acts as a void. Nobody knows where the things they consume go to.
The species is basically immortal. If it ever loses a limb for example, it'll grow back pretty fast.
Their “eye lashes” are actually 4 antennae which detect and sense things. Danger and nearby meteors for example. They're also very far sighted. Anything within 2 meters would be very blurry to them. This means the antennae are actually extendable.
Due to floating through space all the time, the species gained a cold and heat resistance skin throughout the decades. They also have a pretty light weight.
They have many ways of shapeshifting. They’re able to morph into objects and other creatures/animals, change their type of skin, and shape extra body parts and organs. But they wouldn’t exactly camouflage. Their big antennae are still noticeable and their blood would still be a galactic goop. Those are the only things they can’t transform.
From origin, the species is extremely aggressive towards anything unfamiliar. Yrratsh on the other hand, became different. When it gained its abilities, it started acting more human-like.
