A powerful monster who takes a child-like form to comfort her subordinates from her actual monstrous appearance, she has a strong sense of justice but may also make strange decisions for the greater good. Capulet expiriences no feelings, despite having a sense of justice, she was born to judge the dead who are to be punished.

Capulet's opposite is Montague, both OCs are still early in development.
