Tolia's twin sister. She was born before Tolia, so she considers herself the older one of the pair. Noah has much more freedom than Tolia and as a result is also a lot more relaxed. They are a bit of a trouble maker, but still very nice.
They, like Tolia, are technically a member of the Lian family, but just did not inherit the surname. Considering she also did not inherit a single characteristic trait from the family, Noah does not feel like she's a member of the Lian family at all. She doesn't mind it because the people in the family are just strangers to her.
