The Holy Chancellor of Heaven College. Once known as a kind and loving soul who fit her role like a glove, but in the past thousand years or so she's done a sudden 180. Hell and Heaven College once had a friendly rivalry, but one day Delena suddenly decided all monsters and demons must be eradicated - including the populace of Hell College. She adjusted curriculum to match her new ideals and began "dealing with" any students or faculty who refused to fall in line, seemingly indifferent to the immense distress this caused.

What exactly transpired to cause such a sudden shift of character is currently unclear. At least, to all but a scant few whose silence suggests something far more nefarious than a simple change of opinion...
