Dinky is one of the youngest ghosts under GP, and is highly energetic and prone to doing stupid/silly things and pulling off all kinds of shenanigans! He likes to play games and even in some cases pull pranks, especially on GP or the other ghosts.
BACKSTORY
Due to Dinky being a young ghost, he spends most of his time around GP and the Ghost Squad[Inky, Blinky, Pinky, and Clyde].
