By buying any of my adopts, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
General
- I reserve the right to not accept your purchase of my adopts without any reason or explanation (if you are blacklisted for whatever reason).
- I have the right to alter my terms of service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.
Payment
- All payment must be made up front via Paypal. If other form of payment was listed, that must be made up front as well.
- Payment must be made in 24 hours or less or the adopt will go back up for sale again.
- No holds unless otherwise stated. You may ask however as I'm usually quite leniant.
Copyright
- I, as an artist, retain all rights to created artwork. I reserve right to repost, use in portfolios, etc. You are purchasing the design.
- All credit of creation of said adopts must be given to me, the designer and artist. You are allowed to change the design of the character as much as you want but the initial design concept must always be credited to me.
- I do not allow the removal of any watermarks, signatures or altering of my artwork in any way.
- I do not allow the client to use my artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise stated. This means the client is not meant to make money off my art in printing, using in a web comic that is paid to view, in any situation where you make money from the design, etc. If you wish to use the character in a commercial way, you have the following paid options:
- One time $10 fee for partial commercial use. This fee covers the ability to put in a web comic or anything "commercial" that is up to a certain size. If you work for a larger company and/or make more than $50 per a publish of anything related to said commercial use, then you have to opt for option 2 below. The smaller fee is for smaller artists that I want to support.
- One time $50 commercial fee for larger products as stated above.
You can choose to come back and pay for any commercial use at any time. Once paid, this does NOT mean you can use my art for profit unless the character is being resold.
Other
- You may resell the design for whatever price you wish. You can also trade it or gift it. After traded or gifted, you can still sell it or trade it. I do not believe in putting restrictions (except commercial) with designs someone has purchased from me. Enjoy!
