Willowflight is a compassionate warrior, she is kind to any cat that encounters her and likes to be a positive presence whenever any of her clanmates need it.
Though after having Fawnpaw, she becomes overprotective where she sometimes becomes paranoid as she fears Vinepelt having a possible influence on their daughter's actions.

- Despite pushing Vinepelt away when she found out about his ambitions, she still somewhat cares for Vinepelt.
- Even after Fawnpaw became an apprentice, she chose to stay a little longer in the nursery as a way to help others.

Willowkit was born to two RiverClan warriors.
While she was an apprentice, she slowly became close with another apprentice, Vinepaw, where they would hang out. When the two became warriors, they decided to become mates.
Their relationship was running smoothly but hit rock bottom once Willowflight became aware of Vinepelt's ambitions with the Dark Forest, and at the same time she found out she was expecting kits so she tried to talk him out of whatever he had planned to do with the Dark Forest however he didn't change his mind and she decided to cut ties with him in order for her kits' safety. She later had one kit, Fawnkit, where she was extremely protective over her.
