Amber is honestly a pretty bumbling parent. She loves her family, but her age has not taught her to remove her rose tinted glasses in any way. Her idealistic fervor hasn't waned in many ways. Her familial home, is called the Hippie Compound by neighbors, but just Home to her. She & her siblings wanted a more safe space to live, & so they created it. In her mind, it's a perfect place. She loves it almost as much as the kids. Despite her gentle heart, she like several family members, has telekinetic super strength that she uses for tilling the land & setting up the Farmer's Market each week. While some would naturally fear her for this easy strength, she would have no idea why. Long lived or not, in some respects she has the heart of a child. Though much of it can definitely be attributed to denial. She is great at shutting out negative even in detrimental situations..... like both of her kids's professions. If she didnt ignore so many signs, she may be in on their "secret" lives.
