Ember’s mother

A retired soldier who met Solis (Ember’s father) at a brawl bar, where he’d stumbled in oblivious to the many dangers of the place

Against her better judgment, she helped the overly-talkative man out of a difficult situation- breaking the noses of several men in the process 

By some miracle, though, Solis managed to charm her with his humor and genuine friendliness, and the two later become close

In the following years, the pair could often be found together at local bars, festivals, and markets- Solis chattering away while she silently listens, scaring away any potential threats with her blood-curdling glares

Was killed in battle when she joined to Rebellion in war against the King

Ember was only 5 years old, at the time, but he still has a few scattered memories of her and his father and the smell of earth and spice that she carried 

Earth vibes. Solid, immovable force with a love for the wind, autumn, tea, and her husband. Is only ever seen having a full conversation with Solis- and even those talks are short-lived. He doesn’t mind it, though, and more often than not, the two are able to communicate only with looks, their face expressions saying enough, apparently 

a woman of few words. Tough as steel and only soft for her husband and son. People are so unused to how open and affectionate she can get with them that it often terrifies them when they happen to spot it happening
